Despite being established in 2015, Ampleon boasts a rich history of over 50 years in RF Power products, stemming from its roots in the NXP RF business unit. Since its inception, Ampleon has continually enhanced its capabilities and broadened its range of product offerings.
Balancing the demand for long-term support for existing customers while also innovating with cutting-edge technology presents a challenge in today's fast-paced market. To assist customers with long-life systems, Ampleon has partnered with Rochester Electronics to provide extended lifecycle support.
Rochester has joined forces with Ampleon to stock their discontinued ICN8 family of LDMOS Power RF transistors for base station applications in the Mobile Broadband segment. These devices are core critical components that generate and amplify the base station signal and uniquely tune to the rest of the RF circuit, making them extremely challenging to replace. Our range includes 80 part-number combinations for devices that cater to multiple frequency bands and power ratings ranging from 10W to 550W.
This inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis to accommodate additional demand beyond last time buy.
Additionally, Rochester stocks a wide range of LDMOS and VDMOS devices, as well as numerous GaN devices.
