Reliability



Our in-house reliability is equipped to conduct thermal, mechanical, electrical, and environmental stress testing.

Rochester’s reliability lab is certified by the Defense Logistics Agency, Land and Maritime, to provide Qualification and Quality Conformance Inspection testing for Groups A, B, C, and D testing to Mil-Std- 883 Test Methods for Class Q and V (space level).

 

All reliability testing can be performed on Rochester manufactured devices, OCM products purchased from one of our authorized distribution facilities, or customer provided products.

 

DLA Land and Maritime QML Certification to MIL-PRF-38535 cage code (3V146), MIL-STD-883 TM 5004 and 5005 for Levels B, Q, and V.

 

DLA Laboratory Suitability

Rochester Electronics has been granted Commercial Lab Suitability from DLA Land and Maritime for 38 test methods from MIL-STD-883.

Failure Analysis Capabilities


Rochester Electronics has significant expertise in failure analysis and materials analysis to help verify failure modes and identify the corresponding failure mechanisms. The analytical services lab collaborates with the manufacturing team to help with the root cause analysis of these failure mechanisms and helps drive continuous improvement to product quality.
