Rochester’s reliability lab is certified by the Defense Logistics Agency, Land and Maritime, to provide Qualification and Quality Conformance Inspection testing for Groups A, B, C, and D testing to Mil-Std- 883 Test Methods for Class Q and V (space level).

All reliability testing can be performed on Rochester manufactured devices, OCM products purchased from one of our authorized distribution facilities, or customer provided products.

We also perform reliability testing to industry standards such as AEC-Q100 series and JEDEC for environmental, mechanical, and thermal stress as prescribed per those test methods, or we can help to create a custom test plan to meet your statement of work.
