Rochester’s Exclusive Product Partnership with Semtech

Providing long-term support for sub-GHz applications through SX1243 acquisition

Rochester Electronics has partnered with Semtech to secure the exclusive acquisition of the last available SX1243IULTRT units, ensuring ongoing product support for existing designs and potential re-designs.

The SX1243 is an ultra-low-cost, fully integrated FSK or OOK transmitter suitable for operation between 310 - 450 MHz, 860 - 870 MHz, and 902 -928 MHz ranges. It can be used without MCU configuration to lower cost, or the communication link parameters can be re-configured using an MCU. SX1243 is suited for operation in North America FCC Part 15.231, FCC Part 15.247 FHSS and Digital Modulation Techniques, 15.249, and Europe EN 300 220.
