Providing a Continuing Source for Infineon’s Cypress FLASH Memory

Standard SPI, legacy Parallel Flash, and high-performance HYPERFLASH™ Solutions

Infineon, through its Cypress acquisition, offers a strong portfolio in SRAM and FLASH memory devices. Understanding the importance of long-term customer support Infineon and its acquired companies have partnered with Rochester Electronics for over 20 years. This includes support for both active and end-of-life devices as well as Build-to-Order (BTO) licensed manufacturing services.

To enhance our level of support, Rochester has acquired additional FLASH memory inventory; we will continue to receive new products in stock in the coming weeks. These devices evolved from the original Spansion NOR Flash product line and include standard SPI and legacy Parallel Flash along with the high-performance HYPERFLASH™ and the integrated functional safety SEMPER™ FlashThey offer solutions for 1.8V and 3V applications and support industry-standard BGA, SOIC, TSOP, and WSON package options.

Included in the inventory is a significant percentage of automotive-rated devices. This allows us to provide solutions for many of the automotive customers that have been struggling with supply chain challenges, as well as to provide solutions for industrial and commercial customers who can easily utilize the higher-grade products.
