Integrated Silicon Solutions Inc. (ISSI) and Rochester Electronics have partnered to offer our valued customers a broad array of ISSI memory products. Rochester has recently received inventory in two key DRAM technologies; SDRAM and DDR3. As part of our commitment to providing long-term and extended lifecycle support, we understand that it is important to not only to secure core devices, but the associated devices included in our customer’s existing products as well. This inclusion of ISSI memory products strongly complements the microprocessors, DSPs, and key products that Rochester already supports.

Our partnership with ISSI enables our mutual customers access to DRAM covering standard Sync DRAM, DDR, DDR2, DDR3 and DDR4 DRAMs and low latency RLDRAM2, with a range of DRAM with densities of 16Mb up to 4Gb depending on technology. These products are the primary memory choice for code and data storage in numerous embedded systems, including those in the long-life medical, industrial, and military sectors.

Our ISSI SRAM include standard, high-speed, and low-power devices with densities of 1Mb, 2Mb, and 4Mb. These versatile devices are used by applications that require fast memory access. They cover a range from those needing high performance, such as buffering and cache, to those requiring low power, such as mobile applications.

Our ISSI FLASH memory is the SPI/Quad SPI FLASH with densities of 512k to 1Gb. These devices support the industry-standard SPI serial interface, enabling a reduction in pin count and compact packaging. From code shadowing to RAM, executing in-place (XIP) operations, to storing non-volatile data, our FLASH memory finds application in a wide range of industries.
