When you purchase product from our (online) store, as part of the transaction process, we collect only the minimal amount of personal information you provide to us such as your name, address, phone number and email address that is necessary for the business transaction.

When you browse our online store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (ip) address provided by your browser this information helps us to learn about your browser version and operating system providing you with a better customer experience.

How do you obtain my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you are consenting to Rochester Electronics LLC collecting information and using it for that specific purpose only.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies separate from Rochester Electronics, LLC in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
