Rochester's SPA Program - Special Product Agreements
Through contract, Rochester places devices into bonded inventory and releases it only to the customers specified through a customized, comprehensive, scheduled and managed program. This program effectively alleviates the problems that arise from unplanned EOL events during the course of a critical system's existence.

Here's a brief outline of how our Long-Term Support Program works:
- We use our single-source contracts with manufacturers to provide a continuous supply of finished goods and die from our suppliers.
- Rochester works with each customer to identify the key components and the support level that is required for each individual program.
- Rochester secures a combination of finished goods and die directly from the manufacturer.
- All components are securely stored in nitrogen-charged, sealed containers in a controlled environment at the Rochester facility in Newburyport, Massachusetts.
- Customers remit to Rochester a pre-payment for partial cost of the goods.
- Rochester guarantees firm fix pricing for the duration of the program.
- Rochester provides customers with regularly scheduled management reports that detail component activity, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
