QML Program
Rochester is certified as a QML (Qualified Manufacturer Listing) manufacturer and test lab by the Defense Supply Center of Columbus (DSCC), a U.S. government organization. This certification covers our quality system as well as our manufacturing, test facilities, and lab suitability, including burn-in, life test, and electrical test.
