Failure Analysis

The Rochester Electronics' failure analysis lab is located at our headquarters in Newburyport, Massachusetts. This state-of-the-art lab includes SEM for wafer fabrication analysis. The lab supports technology transfer efforts for wafer fabrication as well as product analysis for test and quality. In addition, we perform die evaluations to certify specific wafer lots for military compliance (MIL-PRF-38535, Appendix A, para A3, 2.2.2).
