Customer Order Policy Change

As a company, we pride ourselves on the level of customer service and support we aim to provide to each and every customer on a daily basis. To continue this level of service in a cost effective manner we are being forced to raise our minimum order value.

Effective November 16, 2009, the minimum order value with Rochester Electronics will be $250.00. The individual line order value will remain at $50.00, however the total value of the order will need to reach the minimum value of $250.00 We will honor any outstanding quotes that have been issued within the last 30 days to help minimize any impact to your business flow. If you have any questions at all regarding the policy change, please do not hesitate to call your sales representative for additional details.
